Bookings, Cancellations and Policies

• Bookings for the following Calendar year start June 1st of the year before.

  • (Example. Booking for Summer 2024 begins June 1, 2023)

• Quiet time is 10pm - 7am

• No Cannabis use on the property

• Smoking not permitted in common areas

• We are a family oriented business and discourage the consumption of alcohol. If you consume alcohol it must be kept on your site/in your cottage area and consumed responsibly.

• Visitors are your responsibility and must be out by 10pm

Cottages:

• 20% deposit of total is due upon booking, remainder is due in full  upon arrival (credit/etransfer/cash)

• Guests will be reimbursed their deposit, less a 15% admin fee, if cancelling up to 30 days prior to the arrival date.

• A cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, will result in a charge of the full deposit amount. 

• Check in is any time after 3:30pm

• Check out is at 10:00am (Please be prompt as we do have new guests coming in and we like to do a thorough clean)

• Maximum of 6 people per cottage

• No Pets

• Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request

 

Campground:

• Deposit of one nights stay due upon booking

• Guests will be reimbursed their deposit, less a 15% admin fee if  cancelling up to 7 days prior to the arrival date.

• Check in 3pm and Check out 11am

• Must be 25 years of age or older to book a site

• Dogs must be on a leash
